Given the current climate, we now ask that you pay 25% of the service upfront to secure your appointment. This is to protect our business financially and you will pay the remainder in salon.

As a small business we hope you understand we cannot afford no-shows or last-minute cancellations. As such, cancellations within 48 hours will incur a loss to your deposit, if you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit and we will also require you to pay 100% of your service upfront to secure your next appointment with us.
